Holly Young, MA, LCMHC

Hi, I’m Holly (she/her)! I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) based in Asheville, NC. My practice is grounded in inclusivity, intersectionality, and social justice. I support adults navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma, women’s issues, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Drawing on my background in Sociology and Anthropology, I approach mental health with an understanding of how culture, systems, and lived experience shape our well-being.

I am deeply committed to creating a compassionate, affirming, and empowering space for all, especially those who have been marginalized. I also offer consulting on a few different topics, including therapeutic design , helping people build environments that nurture calm, clarity, and resilience.

I’m an Aries, have one dog and two cats, and I enjoy reading, thrifting, art, and archery. I have some intersections with different groups that I identify with - we can talk more about it in a consult or session!
